Linda Copp (Director) has owned and operated the Lebanon Ballet School for 25 years. Linda graduated from the Hartford Conservatory, CT and was a former soloist with the Connecticut Valley Regional Ballet Company. Linda began teaching in the Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA areas in 1971. She is the Artistic Director of City Center Ballet. She is also the rehearsal mistress for the Albany Berkshire's production of The Nutcracker in Lebanon, which involves the selection and training of nearly 100 local dancers. 
Jennifer Henderson (Assistant Director) joined the LBS teaching staff in January, 2003. She has studied at LBS since it's inception 20 years ago. She has trained with Madeline Culpo of the Albany Berkshire Ballet (NY) and Andrei Bossov of Bossov Ballet Theatre (MA) She is a soloist with City Center Ballet. 
Christina (Chrissy) Megli has recently come to the Lebanon Ballet School from Tucson Arizona where she had been teaching at various studios since 1999. She has received choreography awards for competitive work with both junior and senior company works for Gotta Dance Inc. in Tucson, AZ. She has worked on the committee on the Arizona Jazz Dance Showcase bringing in various choreographers & master teachers like Mia Michaels, Joe Tremaine, and Sherry Zunker. Christina has a minor in jazz dance from the internationally renowned dance program at the University of Arizona and has worked with noted choreographers Susan Quinn, Michael Williams, Sam Watson, Nina Janik and Amy Ernst. 
Gail Zimmerman received her training in Buffalo, NY with Agnes Attea Banks Ballet Studio where she later apprenticed and taught classical ballet. She also studied the Cecchetti method of ballet training under Norma Ferrara Gelose of the Ferrara Studio of Ballet Arts. She has danced a variety of ballet and character roles and mime with the Ken-Ton Ballet and modern choreography with the Sissy Attea Dance Troupe performing in such venues as Studio Arena Theatre and with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra at Kleinhans Music Hall.
